Morning classes:

Mon-Fri: 5 am & 6:15 am

MWF: 9:30 am

Saturday: 8am, 10 am

Evening Classes:

Mon: 4:30pm, 5:45 pm, 7:30 pm

Tues: 5:20 pm, 6:25 pm, 7:30 pm

Wed: 4:30 pm, 5:45 pm, 7 pm

Thurs: 5:20 pm, 6:25 pm, 7:30 pm

Friday: 4:30 pm, 5:45 pm

Lunch Express:

T/Th 12:10-12:50 pm

CF Kids:

Th 4:30-5:15 pm

Olympic Weightlifting:

T 4:15 pm/Sat 11:15 am
